Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that digital images (high and/or low resolution), once sent, cannot be returned; Performance Horse Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS policy. Once a transaction has been completed (example; the purchaser selected and paid for the image and then Performance Horse Photography sent the purchaser the correct image) it is then considered non-refundable. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect image, he/she must notify Performance Horse Photography before receiving the incorrect image. Refunds will NOT be given due to "not liking an image," selecting an incorrect image after the buyer has already recieved the image, or any other reason. If a mistaken image is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Performance Horse Photography will send the correct image to the buyer free of charge.
Prints Ordered from the Image Hosting Site
Once images are uploaded to the image hosting site and orders are placed they are fulfilled through this third party website. These images are downloaded, digital images are sent via email to purchaser and/or prints are then printed and mailed from the image hosting site. If there is an error with an image or a print it can be resolved via contacting Performance Horse Photography or the image hosting site. If Performance Horse Photography is contacted we will do the best to provide a resolution to the problem.
